If you stay less than 3 days, we will charge an additional 10% on the day price.

Discount on the price for ¾ board: 15.00 € per day

As soon as we receive your down-payment your booking will be considered binding.

We advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance. It will protect both sides, should you be unable to attend your holiday.

In case of cancellation, we will charge as follows:
Up until 60 days prior to the intended arrival: 0% of the total sum
From the 59th to the 21st day prior to the intended arrival: 30% of the total sum (retain deposit)
From the 20th to the 7th day prior to the intended arrival: 75% of the total sum
After the 6th day prior to the intended arrival or in case of lack of notification: 95% of the total sum
Room cancellations are only valid in written form.
In case of late arrival or early departure we also need to charge you for the cancelled nights.

Your room will be ready for you from 2 pm on. We kindly ask you to vacate it until 11 am on the day of your departure.

In Italy, smoking is forbidden by law in all public places. As Vitalhotel we ask our guests to smoke only on the balconies.

Since January 1st, 2016 only cash payments up to 2.999.99 Euro are allowed (except for non-EU citizens).
The following methods of payment are accepted at Hotel Valentinerhof: debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), non-transferable cheques, bank transfers.

In the rooms and the entrance hall, the use of our WLAN is free.

Please understand that, while you can book any room category you wish, it is not possible to book certain room numbers or floors.

Furthermore we inform, that it is not possible to book certain tables in our restaurant.

As much as for many people their best friend on four legs is part of their holiday happiness, we also respect that there are people who would like to enjoy their holiday in a hotel without pets.

Several reasons have prompted us to offer a pet-free holiday in South Tyrol.
Many people suffer greatly from their allergy to animal hair. Therefore, they are grateful if they can stay in a hotel where no pets shed their fine hair in the rooms, suites and other premises.

It is often not obvious to dog owners, but there are people who are simply afraid of dogs. Regardless of whether this fear is justified or not, we want to offer these guests the opportunity to enjoy a stress-free holiday.

The bus stop for the bus to Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm and for the shuttle bus to the cable car is just in front of the hotel. The cable car will take you up to Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. If you are by car, there is plenty of parking space at the valley station.

If required, we gladly prepare special dishes for those suffering from allergies. Please let us know what requirements you have at the time of your booking and we will take care of the rest.

The vita vital wellness area is open daily from 7 am to 7:30 pm and is free of charge for all hotel guests. The sauna facilities are available from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Bathrobes and towels are prepared in your rooms.

Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 11 am on departure day.
